It’s that time of the year again when hordes of consumers descend upon the shopping centers and strip malls across the state to fight amongst each other finding Christmas presents to fulfill their lists. Why not alleviate some of the stress of shopping this year by providing your loved ones with the gift of reading? This Saturday, November 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Aina Haina Public Library will be hosting the Friends of the Aina Haina Library 5-Hour Holiday Book Sale!
The sale will take place in two parts of the library. The front of the library will feature gift-quality books that will be individually priced. These include specially priced items such as gift quality books, collectibles, and DVDs for the holiday shopper. In the Meeting Room at the back of the library there will be a wide assortment of books at great prices: Hardcovers $2, Paperbacks $1, Children’s $1, as well as CDs and VHS tapes for sale. There will also be many more Children’s books in the Ongoing Sale area for 50 cents.
