Another week and here’s the latest edition of Book End. There are a ton of great library and literary events happening this weekend so I highly recommend if you have time, go out and support our local literary scene by attending one of these fabulous events.
We have a lot of great posts coming out soon, including releasing all of the library tour write-ups and library book recommendations that we have accumulated over the past month. We’ve been very busy with work and the holidays, but we are working hard to get these out as soon as we can. So please look out for those, as well as a few more book giveaways this month!
Check it out!
How cool is this shirt? The Valentino Valdez Design (Valdezign) are offering these awesome looking “I Love Hawai’i Libraries” t-shirts in white or various darker colors. You can actually customize the t-shirt to represent your own local library. Probably the best part about this is that 50% of the profits from the sales of these t-shirts will go to the Friends of the Library of Hawaii to further help out the budgetary needs of our state’s public libraries. Definitely check it out here, get some rad gear and help keep your public libraries open!
