If you’re ever at the Borders book store in Ward Centre, be sure to check out the walls lining the staircase.  There you’ll see the beautiful photographs of Wayne Levin on display, many of which are compiled in the Bess Press book Akule.  You can find out more about Akule at besspress.com.

Immortalize your family recipe
