This past Tuesday, we attended the launch party for the new Watermark Publishing book The Cocktail Handbook: Cool Drinks from Hawaii’s Hottest Bartenders at Duke’s Restaurant & Barefoot Bar. With the $20 entrance fee you received a copy of the book, two tickets for drinks, and free pupus. This seemed to be a winning recipe as details from The Cocktail Handbook‘s Facebook Page say they sold out of books!
