Bill Fernandez, former Superior Court Judge in Santa Clara County and Kamehameha Schools grad (’49) will talk story about his hometown of Kapaʻa, Kauaʻi. Recollections of the town along with his parents’ and grandparents’ stories can be found in his 2009 book Rainbows Over Kapaʻa which will be available for purchase at the discussion.
